  2. Next, describe the issue you are experiencing. Provide as much detail as possible to ensure that the town can properly address the issue. You may also choose to upload any relevant documents or images that could help in explaining the issue.

  3. Enter your name and contact information. This will allow the town to get in touch with you if they need further information or to provide updates on the status of the complaint.

  4. Review your complaint to ensure that all information is accurate and complete.

  5. Click the submit button to send your complaint to the town. You will receive a confirmation message indicating that your complaint has been received.

  6. Check your email for updates on the status of your complaint. The town may contact you if they need additional information or to provide updates on the progress of addressing the issue.
