Contractor to Confirm the Following  1. A temporary construction fence is required and the contractor shall install and maintain in place a temporary orange/green security fence with a height of four feet surrounding the area of excavation and must be in place until permanent fencing is installed. 2. All protection measures described herein or which may be otherwise approved by the Code Enforcement Division shall be installed prior to the start of construction and shall remain in place until the construction process is complete and either a Certificate of Approval or a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued by the Construction Official EXCEPT THAT the sediment bag or dewatering device shall be removed within three (3) calendar days of completion of dewatering activity and shall be reinstalled at the construction site prior to any resumption of dewatering activity during any extension of the dewatering process.
